Volunteer Appreciation

A lasting legacy of Furnish Hope is not only the lives of recipients impacted but also the connections and power of our volunteer community without whom Furnish Hope would not be able to do what it does. Our volunteers are truly the heartbeat of our organization, creating bridges of connection in our community as true ambassadors of HOPE.

Each volunteer brings something unique to our organization and each plays an integral role in our Cycle of Hope, no matter how many hours or what each brings to the table - time, talent, camaraderie and yes, sweat equity! The genuine love, compassion and respect that our volunteers show one another has created a culture that enables those values to transcend into our greater community. Thank you to each and every one!

Volunteer Appreciation Celebration

On March 15th, volunteers gathered to celebrate each other and Furnish Hope's fifth anniversary. It was a beautiful evening of to share love, family and hope.

Thank you to all who made the evening possible: Journey Church for their beautiful space and helpful volunteers; Max Clark for the great music; Longboard Luis for the delicious food; Christina Rouse for the decorations; and Lizzy Albin for her photography.

Special gratitude to our recipients who courageously shared their stories of hope: Viktoriia and Ruslan Kaivanova, Tyler Ross and Stormie VanPatten.
