By becoming an agency partner with Furnish Hope, you’ll have the opportunity to kickstart Cycles of Hope throughout Central Oregon.
Referring Partner Registration & Training
All agencies interested in partnering with Furnish Hope as a referring agency will need to first submit an application.
Once the agency application has been approved, all caseworkers must complete the caseworker registration and training, and create a login to begin making referrals.
This page walks you through the process for starting your partnership with us. Make sure to follow the 3-step process below so we can begin furnishing hope for your clients in need.
1) Agency Application
The first step for new agencies is for the Lead Director to submit an application. Click here to see if your organization is already a partnering agency.
2) Caseworker Registration
Once your Agency Application has been approved, caseworkers will need to complete the registration/training and create a login to access the referral forms.
3) Recipient Checklist
Prepare your clients in advance by thoroughly reviewing this checklist with them during the referral and packing list process.
